Apply sheet directly into the wound & inspect every 2 days, may be extended up to 7 days as healing progresses. >1 sheet may be necessary for complete coverage. Apply appropriate secondary, non-adherent wound dressing to maintain moist wound environment. Insert new sheet if it has been absorbed & no longer visible. Change cover dressing as needed.
